Delete your Haven account
Haven — gambling blocker. You can delete your account and everything stored with it at any time. Here is how, and exactly what goes.
In the app
- Open Haven
- Go to Settings → Account
- Tap Delete account and confirm
The deletion happens straight away. If it cannot reach our server, Haven tells you so and leaves your account untouched — it never reports a deletion that did not happen.
Without the app
Email support@realhavenapp.com from the address you signed up with, asking us to delete your account. We use that address only to find your account and confirm the deletion.
What is deleted
- Your account and sign-in details
- Your email address and name
- Your language and notification preferences, and your marketing consent
- Your streak and best streak
- Any cosmetic items you unlocked
- Your subscription entitlement records
This is permanent and cannot be undone.
What was never on our servers
Haven's actual protection runs entirely on your phone, so there is nothing of it to delete on our side. The blocked-site log, your own filters, your budget, and everything to do with Sam stay on your device and disappear when you uninstall the app.
Your subscription
Deleting your account does not cancel a running subscription. That is billed by Google Play, not by us. Cancel it in the Play Store under Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, otherwise it keeps renewing.
